General Office AssistantJOB DESCRIPTION:General Office Assistant postion available for expanding plumbing and solar construction company in Deerfield Beach, Fl. Days/hours for this postion are Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00 - 5:00- This is non-negotiable as we are looking for a mature and dependable individual to contribute to to our office. Occasional Saturdays will be required. The Ideal Candidate would/could be a college student with major in Business/Accounting/Engineering at Sophomore/Junior level. GPA 3.00 or higher.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Answer Telephones -Data Entry -Filing/electronic filing and other administrative duties
-Interest in construction and solar a huge plus -Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -Must have clean driving record- NO exceptions -Eager to learn APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Resume and cover letter required. Experienced Solar PV InstallersZager Plumbing & Solar, Inc. is seeking experienced solar PV installers for residential grid-tied PV systems. Applicants for this job position must be able to provide support to the entire installation team, effectively communicate job status data to the operations management, and ensure the satisfactory completion of installations on all PV systems according to all applicable building codes. It is also the responsibility of every solar PV installer to ensure safe work practices for the Zager Plumbing & Solar installation team. Must be willing to travel.RESPONSIBILITIES Pulling inventory for each installation job. Pre-assemble job components in the warehouse. Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware. Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment. Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC). Document completion of completed installation. Clean up of job site.
