This letter is in reference to the performance of Zager Plumbing Inc.
at the Westin Dawn Beach Resort & Spa & Condominiums
St. Maarten. Zager Plumbing was hired as the plumbing contractor for
the project in November 2005.Zager Plumbing was responsible for all
plumbing work and site utilities for the project.
From the start to the
finish of the $180,000,000.00 project, Zager Plumbing played a key role
in the on schedule completion of the project.
Zager Plumbing Inc. was responsible for permits, inspections, ordering
materials, coordinating shipping of materials and equipment, scheduling
and the performance of all interior and exterior plumbing work for the
project as well as the installation of the site utilities.
Zager
Plumbing Inc. was always on schedule with their work and I found Dale
Zager and his team's work to be professional and the quality top notch.
I have worked with Zager Plumbing Inc. in Florida and the Caribbean
Islands and Zager Plumbing Inc. has consistently performed
professionally and consciously.
Zager Plumbing Inc.'s proactive
approach to the project and the difficulties of working in the
Caribbean was second to none.
I am currently working with Dale Zager on the addition of a Reverse
Osmosis plant for the resort and am looking forward to the project. I
would strongly recommend using Zager Plumbing Inc.

RE: Zager Refereence Letter
I have used Zager Plumbing & Solar for small and large jobs.
All experiences have had good outcomes: from in house staff to the
onsite plumbers everyone was responsible and knowledgeable. All
techniques used were followed by code in return inspections were smooth
sailing.
Parliament house has had Zager Plumbing & Solar
replace all air conditioning risers in our 19 story condominium high
rise, all the way down to a smaller scale of installing pool heaters in
our common areas. Both were major jobs with care taken to be timely,
efficient and clean.
Zager Plumbing & Solar, Inc has been
servicing our building for 20 years. They are a very honest company and
